What is a Nutrient? Most of us use this word almost everyday but hardly a few are actually clear about what this really means. For those who are already aware, thumbs up, others might like to read the following : "Nutrient is a term applied to Nitrogen, Phosphorus and other essential trace elements in waste water. It is that substance which promotes growth of living things".Our everyday diet contains variety of foods comprised of vegetables, meat, Junk Foods, Fruits, Snacks and beverages. But still towards the end of the day, we feel low, worn out and just without stamina. Though you weigh proportional to our height, running behind your pet for just a few meters makes you feel breathless and too tired to be able to do anything. Have we every wondered why?
